The EABA stage eight ranking events throughout the season. This comprises six one day ranking tournaments (ABC events), along with the English Amateur Matchplay Championship and the prestigious English Amateur Championship itself. These events run alongside The Whitworth Masters, The County Cup, a One-day Handicap Tournament and the Grand Masters. Juniors are also well provided for, with four of their own Ranking Tournaments, along with Under-16 & Under-19 National Championships. Competitors wishing to enter any of these EABA events, must be members of the Association in order to compete (see printable membership application form).
Senior & County/League Membership ensures free entry into the 200 Club which guarantees to pay a minimum of £1,000 in prize money during the course of the season. Additional stakes in the 200 club can be purchased at the cost of £10 per entry.
EABA competitions are open to amateur playing members resident in England. Entries may be accepted from amateur players residing elsewhere at the discretion of the management committee.
