COUNTY TEAM BILLIARDS CHAMPIONSHIP
Sponsored by the Amateur Billiard Circuit for the "County Cup".
COMPETITION RULES
- Entries will be accepted from all English Counties.
- A team will consist of any three (3) players from a maximum of four (4) named players.
- The Championship shall be decided on a knock-out basis.

All matches will take place at The 'Atack Snooker Club', Regent Street, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, On Sunday 3th December, 2006.

- Each team captain will decide his playing order, match by match, and the opposing players will then be paired off.
- Each game will be played for one (1) hour with total aggregate points deciding the winning team.
- In addition to named players each team is required to provide at least one official to assist with refereeing and marking duties. Teams not arriving at the venue with a person able to assist in refereeing duties will be disqualified.
- Each County is allowed to enter up to two (2) teams ('A' & 'B').
- All players must be resident in the County which he/she is representing.
- Entry Fee £30

PRIZE MONEY: will be dependent on entries, but the E.A.B.A. Committee will be aiming at total prize money as follows:
- Winner: £200
- Runner-up: £140
- Semi-final Losers: £80
- Plate Winner: £80
- Plate Runner-up: £40
- Total Prize Money: £500
- CLOSING DATE: 4th September, 2005
Please Note: As from 1st September, 2001 the stroke hitherto known as 'running a coup' i.e. 'striking a cue-ball directly into a pocket from hand' becomes a foul, not a miss as previously ruled. The stroke will incur the same penalty and options as a foul.
