Professional Championship Conditions

The conditions governing the Professional Championship of English Billiards for 1922 have just been issued, and the most important of these appear to be included in Clause 9, under the head of "division of gate money." If the championship is played in a hall belonging to some firm of billiard table makers, the players are to take two-thirds, but if the players hire a hall for the championship they will take all the proceeds, less 2% to be retained by the Council.

In the conditions relating to the Junior Championship, Clause 3 states: "The Billiards Association and Control Council reserves to itself the right to nominate one other player, other than the winner, to play in the Senior Championship.
