Falkiner (who, by the way, will presently be touring in South Africa) made a run of 153 consecutive close cannons in a great break of 852 against Smith at Thurston's on January 26, and against Newman, in the same hall, on February 7, he scored no fewer than 2,581 points in two sessions, totalling three hours and forty minutes.
