CHALLENGE.—W. Fielding, in answer to the challenge issued by the Brothers Moss in last Tuesday's Sporting Chronicle, wishes to state that he is prepared to make a match to play either W. or J. Moss, 1,000 up, level, for £50 a-side, on a new table, within a fortnight. A deposit of £10 with the editor of the Sporting Chronicle will ensure a match.

A grand billiard match will be played between J. Roberts, champion, and W. Cook, ex-champion, on a new table by J. O'Brien, Manchester, at the Maypole Hotel, Pendleton, on Friday, January 21st, 1876. Game, 1,000 up, and five games at pyramids.—From the Sporting Chronicle.
