A MATCH took place on Saturday last between the above two well-known players, the game being 1,000 up, Dufton receiving 150 points.
Very few breaks worthy of notice took place, but then the table on which the match was played seemed a sort of cross between an ordinary one and a championship one. Dufton ultimately won the game by no less than 297 points.
