Miss Ruby Roberts

The following homely little paragraph appears in a copy of The Melbourne Herald lately to hand:—"Miss Ruby Roberts has written to her uncle, Charles Memmott, announcing the safe arrival of herself and mother in London.

They have been shown many of the sights of the marvellous city by George Gray, and altogether are having a good time. Miss Roberts is to have the advantage of constant practice under the tuition of John Roberts.

Although the expenses were heavy in connection with the short Indian season on the way to England, a profit was shown, and Miss Roberts anticipates that her professional engagement will be attended with satisfactory financial results."
