At a meeting of the Billiards Control Club and Union, on December 8, it was decided to alter the title of the club to that of the Billiards Control Club. All the present members of the Union have been elected members of the Billiards Control Club, and the subscriptions of all members will after July 1 next be at the same rate as that now paid by the Billiards Control Club.
All matters connected with the rules and general control of the game of billiards will be in the hands of the Council of the B.C.C., formed of the present members of that body, with power to add to their number.
